Behavior Heatmap
Overview
Behavior heatmaps are a way to visualize on-page user behavior. We capture key behaviours that indicate engagement and frustration on a page and project this information on a heatmap.
Mapped behaviors

Bird's nest | Erratic cursor movements in the pattern of a bird nest |
Reading (mouse-based) | Repetitive cursor movements from left to right and back or right to left and back |
Multi-click/touch (responsive) | Multiple clicks or touches on a responsive user-interface (UI) element in a short space of time |
Multi-click/touch (unresponsive) | Multiple clicks or touches on an unresponsive UI element in a short space of time |
Multi-click/touch (slow responsive) | Slow multiple clicks or touches on a responsive UI element in a short space of time |
Select and copy | Highlighting text before right-clicking or pressing Ctrl+C or Command+C |
