Account Management

The Account screen reports configuration settings for your instance.

Custom Settings > Custom Parameters

Custom parameters have names and values. To use a custom parameter, enter the name in the Parameter field, and the parameter value in the Value field. This example shows how to set the enableIntentions parameter to true:

Add 'enableIntentions' with a value of 'true' to the Custom Settings tab

disableEndSignal
Turn on (true) to suppress sending an End of conversation to the channel provider.
enableIntentions
Turn on (true) sentiment analysis for use in Post Condition rules. For more information, see Sentiment.
enableQuarantineCheck
Turn on (true) to perform quarantine filtering of survey invitations. When on, new survey invitations are not sent if they are within the count of hours specified in the quarantineDurationHours property.
enable_short_domain
Turn on (true) URL-shortening of Web Survey links and Web-based Conversation links. Shortened links (short URLs) compress the domain name to make them more user friendly and cost effective by limiting the number of characters. See Web-survey link for details.
quarantineDurationHours
Count of hours to quarantine a respondent from receiving additional survey invitations. When a respondant has been sent a survey invitation, they will not receive another invitation (for another survey) within this many hours of being sent the previous invitation. The enableQuarantineCheck must be on for this to work.

System settings

Disable all system sending/scheduling of Conversations
Immediately disable sending and scheduling of all Conversations, including ones in-progress.

After confirming to disable sending, you are presented with the option to clear all scheduled conversations. If you do not clear the schedule, the conversations resume when scheduling is re-enabled.

Warning: This stops all out-bond messages, including currently running programs.
