Health Check report

The Health Check report provides real-time information about the health of the survey invitation and conversation activities. Administrators use the report to quickly:

  • Check if invitations are being delivered, and where errors are occurring.

  • Check on-going conversational programs are experiencing errors.

  • Get a sense of opt-out rates and trends.

  • View a funnel of a survey program life-cycle from Invitation processing through to Completion.

  • Glimpse into the last 50 responses through Conversation programs.

Note: The Health Check report derives its metrics from status fields that are a part of every record. For details about the fields and when they are updated, see Conversations status fields

The overall summary section provides a high-level health by showing if invitations are being delivered, and where errors are occurring.

Report metrics for invites created, point-in-time, and response rate

The failures section is an important place to identify what is going wrong (if anything). Trigger failures indicate a problem transferring invitations to the conversation engine. Click on the links at the bottom of the section to identify why. Delivery failures are ones where the channel was unable to deliver messages to the respondent. A fall in the response rate over time can indicate an on-going problem.

Opt-out trends indicate how receptive respondents are to the survey. A high-rate can be indicative of a design flaw.

Report metrics for count ot opt-outs, and rate details

The active conversations section provides a "funnel" view of the program life-cycle from invitation (first message) through response-rate of conversations.
