Medallia for Salesforce 1.29 release notes

Medallia recommends that Customers upgrade to this release of Medallia for Salesforce to take advantage of enhancements and bug resolutions.
Customers with versions prior to 1.29 may log a Support case or contact their Medallia Services partner to obtain an upgrade URL or request a push upgrade.

Updated the title for the NPS Lightning component to be consistent across both Lightning and Classic interfaces.
Salesforce administrators can now reparent survey responses to a different contact after the Response records are created by Medallia Experience Cloud.
Updated data model and process builder to now view a list of non respondent contacts, allowing Salesforce users to identify potential silent detractors.
Improved error handling for Invitations batched for submission to Medallia Experience Cloud.
Compatibility with orgs that have fields on the Account and Contact object encrypted at rest
