Medallia for Salesforce 2.0 release notes

Medallia recommends that Customers upgrade to this release of Medallia for Salesforce to take advantage of enhancements and bug resolutions.

Customers with versions prior to 2.0 may log a Support case or contact their Medallia Services partner to obtain an upgrade URL or request a push upgrade.

Release highlights

  • Out of the box Flows: With Salesforce's announcement that Process Builder will soon be deprecated, we have converted the pre-packaged Processes into Flows. For new implementations of this package, we recommend using these Flows, rather than Processes, for integration automation:

    • Send Invitation 60 Days After Opportunity is Won

    • Send Invitation When Case Closes
    • Send Invitation When Opportunity Closes
    • Send Update When Case Closes

  • Medallia Responses can now be reparented to other Medallia Feedback Headers. This allows you to re-tie Responses to Accounts for custom processes where the Account ID is not known to Medallia at the time of Response creation.
