Data retention status screen
This screen shows the number of pending jobs and the total number of deleted records. Depending on the amount of data, the clean up process takes some time. Use this screen to know when this backfill process is complete.
The screen lists:

Current status — Current status of the company data retention process.

Active jobs — Number of currently active company data retention jobs.

Pending records — Number of records pending deletion.

Deleted records — Total number of records deleted according to the company data retention policy.
