X-Stats is a collection of analytical tools that apply proven statistical methodologies to experience, operational, and financial data sets. Because X-Stats is integrated with Medallia Experience Cloud, you can discover insights in your data more quickly and easily than with traditional data analysis tools. For example, you do not need to export customer feedback data from Experience Cloud and then import it to an external analysis tool. X-Stats enables you to complete your analysis directly in Experience Cloud.
X-Stats expands your Experience Cloud reporting capabilities. Traditional score and trend reports serve frontline users, who might need summary scores, trend data, and the ability to rank themselves and their peers. Action Planner and Pivot Table modules, along with Cross tab reports, provide leaders and managers the ability to quickly investigate data to find improvement opportunities. X-Stats provides the means to run ad hoc, deep investigations of your experience data, and is intended for insights users with experience running advanced statistical analysis.
X-Stats helps you resolve the following challenges in data analysis:
-
Prioritization — Perform regression analysis with key driver questions to identify and focus on improvement areas that have a high impact on your main metric.
-
Segmentation — Identify which customer segments are meaningfully different. This can help your company validate their customer segmentation strategies.
-
Optimization — Verify whether your current key driver questions meaningfully explain the main metric, to pinpoint any unnecessary feedback questions.
