If clients require to export feedback data, consider these situations to ensure no breach of employee confidentiality in Employee Engagement programs:

• Do not include sensitive information (Employee ID, name, email id, etc.) as fields in the export.

  • Alternatively, the client could generate a random unique identifier for each employee and send it to Medallia Experience Cloud in the invitation file. Then, export the responses to the data warehouse with this unique identifier. The mapping of unique identifier to employee should only be available to certain users with Admin role.

• Ensure to export that feedback to a safe location. Do not export to an SFTP location that other employees from the client’s organization may have access to.

• Send surveys at the end of the survey wave instead of daily for additional anonymization.
