Dashboard tab

Dashboards provide role-based summary reports to your users, and are typically the first thing users see when they log in. Every parent dashboard contains one or more child dashboard modules, which are the tables, charts, graphs, and so on that present data to users. For example, you can use dashboards to highlight the most important information for every role, focus on the most important feedback and monitor metrics, and showcase opportunities for improvement.

The Medallia Mobile dashboard presents a subset of the same reports available to the user on Medallia Web reporting.

By default, Medallia Mobile includes one or more dashboards that contains one each of these modules:

Important: If you are using Mobile Hybrid mode, all web reporting modules and Advanced reports (also known as AA2s reports) are displayed in the Dashboard.

The dashboard is accessible to all roles that have Medallia Mobile enabled, and shows data appropriate for those roles. Administrators can update this dashboard and other mobile reports in Admin Suite. For more information, see Reporting.

Screen mode

If you are using Mobile Hybrid mode, when accessing your Medallia Mobile dashboard, a compact view of these modules is displayed:
