Reporting > Action > Rapid Response > Unit Group Vocabularies

The Unit Group vocabularies screen enables you to expand Rapid Response spellchecking to use different languages for different Unit groups. For example, you might want to enable additional French spellchecking for customer service Unit groups based in France.

Property Group

The unit group to which the expanded vocabulary applies.

Vocabulary language

The language to apply to the selected unit group. After selecting a language, click Refresh to apply that language. For more information about languages in Medallia Experience Cloud, see Languages.

Entries (comma separated)

Enter a comma-separated list of words to include in the vocabulary for this unit group. Included words will not be marked as misspelled by the Rapid Response spell checker.
