Integrate MXO with MEC

MEC and MXO integration facilitates seamless access to MXO from the MEC Application Switcher. It also ensures the proper functioning of key features, such as the cloud sync and the topic hierarchy sync features, between both platforms.
Important: This integration is available as of MEC 25CR1 (e692) deployment and is only available for new MXO customers.
Access to MXO is now granted and managed through Medallia Experience Cloud. This means that:

  • Provisioning an MXO tenancy also requires provisioning an MEC tenancy. As each MXO tenancy aligns with an MEC tenancy, multiple MXO workspaces require corresponding MEC tenancies.

  • MXO users are now managed through MEC user management process. After receiving MXO permissions in MEC, users must access MXO to be listed as MXO users.
    Note: Client Success Managers (CSMs) must grant themselves access to MXO from MEC. To do so, follow the steps to configure MXO permissions in MEC and select the Orchestration Tenant Admin permissions in Member Capabilities.
