An empty string value
Use as a value with which to compare other values when filtering a list.
Useful if you use list-based data that contains empty (rather than null) values. MXO can compare an empty string value to your list values and filter out any such rows before using the remaining data for decisioning.

Creating this Eligibility Rule is a two-stage process:
- Create a simple Empty Value rule.
- Create a second rule that looks for a particular data attribute with an empty value.
