Change permissions for multiple selected users

Change permissions for multiple selected users.

You need Admin permission to perform this task. See Permissions and access levels for details.
Assign permission to multiple users at the same time by first manually selecting the users.
  1. Go to Admin Setup > User Management > Manage Users.

  2. Tick the box next to each user you want to edit.
    Select users from multiple pages should you need to.
  3. Click Permissions.
    This button appears above the list after selecting more than one user.

  4. Select the new permissions for these users.

  5. Click Update Users.
The users now have the assigned permissions.
