An idea is a proposed solution to address a business challenge. It invites individuals to offer their unique perspectives, drawing from their feedback, expertise, interests, or experiences, to suggest actionable strategies. These ideas are then open to community engagement, where they can be discussed, refined, and voted on, promoting a rich exchange of viewpoints. Through this collaborative process, the most valuable ideas are identified and brought to the forefront.

When viewing a challenge you may post your own idea, collaborate and post an idea with other users, or view and respond to existing ideas. If you find a posting to be inappropriate or offensive, report it to the moderators for review.

Depending on the features enabled for the challenge, each idea includes:

• A title describing the idea

• A description of the proposal

• A discussion of comments from other users

• A way to vote for the idea and a score that compares the idea to others in the challenge

• Statistics about the activity around the idea

• The names of people subscribed to the idea to follow its activity

• Keywords that tag the idea to specific concepts

Additionally, the description may contain:

• Videos that play in place when you click on them

• An image gallery that allows you to scroll through images

• Files you can download, such as PDF or worksheet files
