Idea draft

If you start writing an idea but aren't ready to publish it, you can save a draft of your idea to come back to when you're ready.

Restriction: You cannot save drafts of edits that you mad to an already published idea.

Minimally the idea must have a title to be saved.

An idea that has been saved to drafts displays a message indicating its draft status.

Click Edit/Publish to re-open the idea form so you may complete the submission.

Click Delete draft to discard the idea.

Find a draft from the Post an Idea form

  1. Click Post an Idea anywhere in Medallia Ideas.

  2. Select Saved Drafts on the left side of the form.

  3. Select your drafts title from the drop down.

The Idea form displays your previously saved idea draft.

Find a draft from your profile

  1. Open your profile.

  2. Open More in your profile information panel.

  3. Click Activity > My drafts. If you don't see it, click Load more until you do see it.

  4. Click the title of your draft idea.

The Idea form displays your previously saved idea draft.
