How to act as a client (customer)
Restriction: This feature or information is available to Medallia employees only and it is not to be shared outside the company.
To make configuration changes to a client organization in Mindful Feedback, you will first need to switch to that organization in the Feedback UI.
To act as a particular client, you must be logged in as a Super Admin. Click the Client dropdown menu near the top-right corner of the page, then select a client organization.
After selecting a client, the page will refresh, and you will be able to make configuration changes for that organization.
Warning:
To act as more than one client at the same time, always use incognito windows to create entirely separate browser sessions! Acting as multiple clients at once in the same browser session can result in changes intended for one client applying to a different client.
