How to manage Data Set Templates

View information about clients' Data Set Templates.

Restriction: This feature or information is available to Medallia employees only and it is not to be shared outside the company.

In Platform Admin, you can view Data Set Template information for a given organization in two ways:

  • Organizations > Data Set Templates icon — View all Data Set Templates for a specific organization.
  • Data Store > Data Set Templates — View all Data Set Templates for any organization.

All information on the Data Set Templates page is view-only. The following information is available:

  • Name — The name of the Data Set Template

  • Organization — Identifies the organization to which this Data Set Template is assigned

  • Data Retention Period (Hours) — Indicates how long the data will be retained (between one and 48 hours)

  • Access Token — The system-generated API access token required in the Authorization header of Datastore requests

  • Data Keys — Click the key icon to view the list of Data Keys associated with this Data Set Template.
