Manage Mindful organizations as a super admin.

The Organizations page in the Platform Admin UI contains everything you need to create new organizations and manage their basic information.

The following information and actions are available on this page:

• Name — The organization's name

• Organization ID — The randomly generated ID number that is given to organizations (the Mindful Callback UUID)

• Locked — Will display a closed-padlock icon if locked, or false if not

• MFA required — If multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for the organization, a circled checkmark will be displayed. If MFA is not required for the organization, this field will display false.

• Salesforce ID — If the organization is present in Salesforce, the Salesforce ID will be displayed here. If no Salesforce ID is assigned, the field will remain blank.

• Actions — This column contains the following options:

  • Edit — Edit the organization's basic information and provisioned applications.

  • User Management — Manage the organization's user accounts.

  • Data Set Templates — If Data Set Templates have been created for this organization, you can view information about them here.

  • Open Mindful UI for this Organization — Open the Mindful Callback UI for the organization in a new tab with Super Admin permissions.

• Add Organization — Click to add a new organization.

• Search bar — Search by Name, Organization ID, or Salesforce ID.
