Update the terms of use change time for all users.

The Platform Settings page contains the Update Terms of Use Change Time button.

When a user logs in to the Mindful Callback environment for the first time, they have to accept the Terms of Use before proceeding to the application. Mindful Callback tracks when updated Terms of Use have been made available to users with change time — the record of the date and time when the Terms of Use are changed.

Only click the Update Terms of Use Change Time button if the Terms of Use have recently been updated and users need to accept the new terms. This will affect all users in all organizations!

User experience

Clicking the Update Terms of Use Change Time button triggers the system to display a notification to all SSO/Gov users prompting them to read and accept the new Terms of Use. This is visible the next time that the users log in.
