Resource Limits page

Limit Scheduler resources for each organization.

Restriction: This feature or information is available to Medallia employees only and it is not to be shared outside the company.

The Resource Limits page allows Mindful Callback super users to limit the scale of Scheduler resources, such as the number of widgets or access control policies, allowed for each organization. This page can be found under the Scheduler heading in Platform Admin.

To edit an organization's limits, click the Edit icon in any row. A modal window will appear, containing fields for each applicable resource.

The following resources can be limited:

  • Widgets
  • Widget templates
  • User data sets
  • User data set keys
  • Access control policies
  • Whitelisted IP addresses
  • API access tokens
