Fixed issues
(CBA-417) We have resolved an issue that could cause both parties in a callback to hear no audio in a specific scenario.
If Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) resources were not available for a callback, Mindful would still dial the callback, even though audio could not be played. With this update, Mindful will recognize when these resources are not available and will delay dialing callbacks until audio can be played.
