Release highlights
We have updated the default responses to keywords received via SMS.
Default responses to messaging keywords such as "stop", "subscribe", and "help" have been updated to comply with federal regulations.
These responses can be customized with help from the Support team.
The customer speech beta program has ended.
We have discontinued the ability to accept speech input from customers in the Mindful IVR to navigate menu options. This change removes the Caller Input setting and its related settings from the Call Target page.
At this time, Mindful still supports agent speech recognition for accepting callbacks.
