Fixed issues
(MFD-968) Several issues related to the Executive Summary dashboard have been resolved.
The following issues have been addressed in this release:
-
Some visualizations on the Executive Summary dashboard were not filtered correctly.
-
NULL values could sometimes be included in the Not Reconnected tile.
-
In rare cases, a callback that failed to complete registration could be classified as a Registered Callback.
-
Duplicate records could appear for the same callback in some cases.
(MENG-1141) A missing text label has been added to the Call Detail report.
When using the phone number filter on the Call Detail page, the visual indicator for the filter was missing a text label. The label will now display "Phone #" followed by the filtered number.
(MENG-1081) An issue preventing outbound calls with Dynamic DNIS Mapping from being dialed in a specific scenario has been resolved.
If Dynamic DNIS Mapping was enabled, but no mapping rules were defined, outbound calls failed to dial, leaving them stuck in a "calling customer/agent" state.
(MENG-1045) An issue causing Mindful auto-generated emails not to be sent to some users has been resolved.
After a recent change to our email provider's handling of automated out-of-office replies, Mindful began blocking outbound emails to addresses that responded with an out-of-office reply. This update will address the issue and ensure that emails will continue in this scenario.
