Release highlights
Additional metrics have been added to the Callback Executive Summary page, in the Call Targets table.
These additions expand the Call Targets table with metrics that were available in the legacy environment of Mindful Callback.
The following columns have been added:
- Call Target ID
- Voice Callbacks
- Digital Callbacks
- Incomplete Registration
- Spoke To Agent
- Cancelled
- Abandoned
- Customer Unavailable
- Unknown or Failure
- Digital Cancellation
- Admin Cancellation

The "Data as of" metric has been moved on all but one Insights pages.
Previously, the "Data as of" metric was displayed near the top of the page in its own full-sized container. It will now be displayed at the bottom of each page in a smaller container. The text has been updated to "Data refreshed as of", and the container includes options to download or refresh the data on the page.
