(9.0+) Other integrations
Overview
Use Configuration to add new segments to a queue without requiring a restart of the VHT Callback® system for the following integrations:
- Avaya
- Cisco UCCX (until September 1, 2022)
- Genesys
- Genesys PureConnect
- Select a queue to add to a segment by using the search field to locate new and existing queues.
- Add a new segment (incoming extension).
- Activate the new queues and segments for the changes to take effect.
- Search for any pending changes that have been made.
The collection of pending queues or segments is called a change group.
A change group may contain queues or segments, but not a mixture of both.
