(9.0+) Queues

New queues and segments are added in the Queues section of Configuration. Queues and segments can be modified and activated without requiring a restart of the VHT Callback® system.

Add New Queue

Duplicate, edit, and activate queues in Configuration after at least one queue has been added during Callback configuration.

Add New Segment

  • Add a new segment (incoming application) for Aspect or TIAL_ICM environments.
  • Add a new segment (incoming extension) for ALL environments.
  • Create a new VRU service to associate to the queue
  • Activate the new queues and segments for the changes to take effect

Pending Changes

Search for and activate pending changes.

Deleting a Queue

Deleting an existing queue.
