(9.0+) Add New Segment
- A queue is made up of one or more segments.
- Segments can be configured as incoming applications, incoming extensions, and VRU services.

- Add new segments to a queue without requiring a restart of the VHT Callback® system.
- The collection of pending queues or segments is called a change group.
- A change group may contain queues or segments, but not a mixture of both.
- Select a queue to add to a segment by using the search field to locate new and existing queues.
