Overview

Use Configuration to add new segments to a queue without requiring a restart of the VHT Callback® system.

  1. Select a queue to add to a segment by using the search field to locate new and existing queues.
  2. Add a new segment (incoming extension).
  3. Add a new segment (incoming application).
  4. Create a new VRU service.
  5. Activate the new queues and segments for the changes to take effect.
  6. Search for any pending changes that have been made.

The collection of pending queues or segments is called a change group.

A change group may contain queues or segments, but not a mixture of both.
