Medallia Agile Research shows your results in real time. While you are still gathering data, you can follow up on your survey's progress. This way, you can spot trends, consult your survey's response rate, and make decisions about distribution, including whether or not to send automatic reminders to elevate your response.

To create a report, complete the following steps:

1. Open your survey.

2. Select Analyze > Reports. By default you will already see two possible reports:
   • The smart report, which automatically has the same title as your survey — This is an intelligent report that aims to give you more insights into the data already by using a combination of elements, applying breakouts automatically, etc.
   • The distribution report — View statistics about the distribution, including response timeline, dropout rate, referring sites, and geolocation map.
3. Select either report to generate it. The first time you generate a report may take some time to load.
