Supported browsers

To view surveys, you must use Internet Explorer 11 and above with JavaScript enabled. There is no hardware minimum. It does not matter which operating system your respondents have.

For Medallia Agile Research, you must use a browser like Windows default browser, Microsoft Edge, or one of the following browsers:

Note: Microsoft recommends using Microsoft Edge as your default browser. Internet Explorer is not secure and is outdated and slow. We will support Explorer 11 until the end of 2020.

If you or one of your respondents notice something is not working on the browser you are using, contact your Agile Research expert.
