Data retention
Medallia Experience Cloud collects and receives personally identifiable data from various sources, including from importing and other automated processes. To help ensure personal privacy and to comply with government regulations Experience Cloud periodically purges old files to ensure the removal of possible personal data in these areas:

Personal Data Retention screen configures how long to retain invitation and survey data in the Survey Engine.
Company data retention policies screen configures the data retention policies (retention time by record status) appropriate for companies.

Erase imported and uploaded files delete files used to create survey invitations, and imported from API processes.

Erase personal data from records deletes or anonymizes personal data in the database.
