Date questions allow survey takers to answer by selecting a date from a calendar dialog. For example, you might ask when the customer last visited your store.

In reports, display the count of responses to that question. For example, it would show 2 only if 2 survey takers out of 10 provided the date of the visit. For more information, see Big Number (Sample size mode).
