Application switcher
The Application switcher allows you to switch to another application within Medallia Experience Cloud without having to sign into that application.
Restriction: This feature is inactive by default. Ask your Medallia expert to file a Feature activation request with Medallia Support.
Using Application switcher

To access this feature, click
Application switcher in the Medallia Web reporting toolbar.
Note: The application switcher icon is not displayed if you have only one Medallia application or program. -
Select a program or an application from the list, and then you are redirected to the application you selected.
- Medallia Experience Cloud (corresponds to Experience programs)
- Ad Hoc surveys
- Action plans
- Agile Research— To access Agile Research, roles need the View Agile Research reporting permission listed in Reporting permissions.Important: This feature is restricted to limited instances. To use this feature, contact your Medallia expert.
- Medallia Video
- Medallia Experience Orchestration — To access Medallia Experience Orchestration, users need the Orchestration Access administrative permission. For more information, see Configure Orchestration permissions.
- Medallia Digital Experience Analytics — This option is available only to Experience Cloud users who have access to Digital Experience Analytics.
