Track Customer Responses to Outbound Communications
Use the Outbound Responses API to configure your emails to include either a tracking pixel or redirect link and response code to track how customers respond to optimized content within any emails that you send.
Track Opens or Views of Optimized Emails
To track whether or not customers open or view an optimized email, add a tracking pixel to your email template and point the link for that pixel at the Outbound Responses API, using the URL and required response code. Format the link, as follows:

To track whether or not customers click on a link in an optimized email, format any links in the email to include the URL for the Outbound Responses API, required response code, and redirect URL, as follows:
