Track Customer Responses (Outbound Communications)
For outbound communications, you configure your email template to point to the Response Tracking API and include the response codes for the positive and neutral responses you want to track.
What should my URLs look like?
The format of each URL is as follows:
Neutral Responses
Where:
- rid=response-code is provided by MXO
Positive Responses
Where:
- rid=response-code is provided by MXO
- #your-redirect-URL is provided by your organisation

- Add a tracking pixel to your email template.
