Email domains and IP address
List of required IP addresses and domains for allow-listing
Medallia Agent Connect uses specific IP addresses and web domains to communicate with your system, to ensure that all team members and customers can send and receive the required communications.
The most important address to allow is the Agent Connect IP address and platform domain, which are used for all communication between Agent Connect users and the platform.
Email delivery
The following IP and email addresses must be allowed to ensure email deliverability to all users. These include but are not limited to welcome emails, profile setup emails, and password resets.

- company@stellaconnect.net or a custom domain configured by the Agent Connect team
- Surveys are sent from here
- admin@stellaconnect.net
- System communications, such as password resets, are sent from here
- replies@stellaconnect.net
- When people reply to survey requests instead of completing the survey, Agent Connect sends a forward email from here to the email address specified in the Forward email to field on the Company Info page.

- Agent Connect usage monitoring so we can improve the features we build

- Medallia-owned domain for previewing surveys

- Survey (to preview and test internally)
