Integrate Friendbuy with Agent Connect for instant customer referrals.
A happy customer is a powerful asset. With our integration with the referral marketing program Friendbuy, you can ask your customers to refer a friend after a great service interaction. If your company uses Friendbuy, you can include a referral widget directly on the Thank You page of your Agent Connect survey.
Before you can embed a Friendbuy referral widget in your Agent Connect survey, you must locate information in Friendbuy, then enter that information into Agent Connect as described in the following steps:
Create an embedded widget in your Friendbuy account for Agent Connect.
You can also copy an existing widget. All of the Friendbuy embedded templates will fit perfectly onto your Thank You page.
On the Settings page in Agent Connect, select the "Marketing" tile.
Enable the Drive referrals through Friendbuy setting.
Enter your Friendbuy Site ID and Friendbuy Widget ID, then click Save.

You may need to update the positive response on the Thank You page of your Agent Connect survey, as well. You can do this in the Survey Builder.
With these steps complete, respondents who rate an agent 4 or 5 stars will see your Friendbuy widget, and your marketing team will be able to track shares, clicks, and purchases through your Friendbuy account.
