How to configure your allow list for Agent Connect
To ensure that all Team Members and customers can send and receive required communications, Medallia Agent Connect requires that certain IP addresses and URLs remain unblocked by your company.
The most important information to allow is the Agent Connect outbound IP address and email domain, which are used for all communications between Team Members and Agent Connect, such as welcome emails, profile setup emails, password resets, and so on:

Agent Connect sends emails from these addresses:

replies@stellaconnect.net | Forwarding From address used when respondents reply to a survey, the survey is forwarded from this address to the email configured on the Company Info screen. |
Your company must allow these domains to connect to Medallia Agent Connect:
