How to configure your allow list for Agent Connect

Add Agent Connect resources to your allow list

To ensure that all team members and customers can send and receive required communications, Medallia Agent Connect requires that certain IP addresses and URLs remain unblocked by your company.

The most important information to allow is the Agent Connect outbound IP address and email domain, which are used for all communication between team members and Agent Connect, such as welcome emails, profile setup emails, password resets, and more:

  • Outbound email delivery IP address198.2.180.76.
  • Email domainstellaconnect.net.

Agent Connect sends emails from the following addresses:
