Domo

This topic describes how to integrate Medallia Agent Connect and Domo, bringing Agent Connect customer feedback and agent-performance data into your Domo environment. This data enhances your Domo dashboards, helping you identify actionable insights.

Important: This procedure assumes that your Agent Connect instance has Data Return enabled, and that you have a Domo account with Admin access. If needed, work with your Domo and Agent Connect teams before beginning the integration process.
  1. On the Agent Connect Integrations screen, obtain your Production API Key and Secret Key.

    For more information, see Integrations. If the Integrations screen does not include a link to obtain your Secret Key, contact Medallia Customer Support for assistance.

  2. Install the Agent Connect Connector app for Domo, available on the Domo Appstore.
  3. Open the Configure the Agent Connect Connector app for configuration.
  4. In the Credentials section, enter your Agent Connect Secret Key and then click Connect.
  5. In the Details section, configure the following information, and then click Next:
    • Enter your Agent Connect Production API Key
    • Select whether you want to return rows for requests, responses, or both
    • Select a time frame for the data you want to transfer.
  6. In the Scheduling section, define how often you want the dataset to run and then click Next.
  7. In the Name & Describe Your Dataset section, enter a name for your dataset, and then click Save.
