Integrate Zapier with Agent Connect to automate survey distribution.

An integration between Zapier and Medallia Agent Connect enables you to automate survey distribution, enrich customer feedback, customize Feedback requests, and set custom rules. You can use this integration with over 1,200 Zaps, such as Copper, Front, Pipedrive, HelpScout, Intercom, Jira, LiveChat, Olark, Shopify, Zoho, and more.

1. In Agent Connect, ensure that you have entered a test email address on the Integrations page and have collected your test and production API credentials.

2. Complete the following steps in Zapier:

   1. Link a source app as the trigger.

   2. Link the Agent Connect app as your action.

   3. Enter your Agent Connect Test API Key.

   4. Map your data.

3. Test your workflow by entering test tickets, and make sure the integration is working as expected before moving to production.

4. When you are ready to move to production, update the Agent Connect app in Zapier with your Agent Connect Production API Key.
