Send feedback requests
Request customer feedback as a team member.
A feedback request is a message from your team to a customer asking for feedback about the customer's latest interaction. The request includes your Medallia Agent Connect survey, which provides a standardized format for collecting feedback.
Some organizations automate feedback requests, while others allow team members to send requests manually. If your organization does not automate requests, you can send requests any time on the Stream via the Send a Request panel. Simply select the appropriate channel, enter a customer's name and email address, then click Send Request.
The customer will receive a survey asking about their experience, and their response will appear on the Stream when complete.
