Purchasing credits

Use credits to prepay for Medallia Agile Research services and other Agile Research products (subscriptions, surveys, panels, etc).

  • 1 credit = $1
  • Extra discount of up to 5%
  • Can be used for services and subscriptions
  • Printable invoices with PO numbers
  • Real-time overview usage

If you're not a Agile Research client, upgrade your account first before proceeding with the steps below.

To buy credits via the secure online payment system, complete the following steps:

  1. Select Account > Billing.

  2. Select Purchase credits.

  3. Enter the number of credits you want to purchase.

    Purchase credits.

  4. Check that your billing information is correct and add or correct it where necessary.

  5. Optionally, enter Your reference or PO number.

  6. Click Confirm & pay (+ amount).
