Highlights

  • Experience Cloud customers now have access to the Legal & Compliance section with Privacy Notice option to set account-level Privacy Notice Templates.

Resolved issues

  • The implementation of sub-question labels for both SPSS and Excel formats has been corrected, and headers are appearing as expected.

  • The average calculation for NPS Breakdown Chart has been corrected.

  • Resolved an issue where NPS calculation with multiple data sources for rating scale question type was not correct.

  • Resolved an issue so that total weighting percentage will always add up to 100.

  • Resolved an issue where removing emails from Global Bounce List was resulting in errors.

  • Resolved an issue where the Bulk Pausing contacts feature was not working for more than 25 contacts at a time.

  • Resolved an issue where images uploaded with custom domains resulted in broken images in email invitations.

  • Resolved an issue where PNG images were not uploading in the US2 region.

  • Resolved an issue where Report Name was not generated using the default survey language.

  • Respondents who are redirected to the third-party panelist disqualification page (terminate/screenout) are correctly being marked as "Screened out" instead of "Complete".
