Highlights

  • The Agile Research new email survey deliverability feature monitors email survey ramp-ups and throttled surveys. This ensures a more predictable, scalable, and less disruptive experience. This new feature includes:

    • A new Survey Deliverability reporting page, which can be accessed via Accounts > Survey Deliverability. See Email throttling for detailed information.

    • A simplified email ramp-up process.

    • New survey statuses Live - Warm Up, Live - At Risk, and Live - Throttled.

    • Bounce and complaint rates being checked more frequently.

    • New in-app notifications for throttled surveys and complaint rate warnings.

    • continuation of throttling at the individual survey level.

    • Removal of Sender Reputation Score metric and pages.

    • Removal of complaint rates impact on throttling.

    • Removal of account-level and survey-level warm-up periods.

Resolved issues

  • Resolved an issue where custom domains created in the AP region were creating SES entities in US and AP regions.

  • Fixed an issue where HTML tags and entities were displayed as plain text in the Card Sort category labels in the Survey Editor.

  • Fixed an issue on the Appearance page where radio buttons and text was not aligned properly.

  • Fixed an issue where Close(X) was not working on Page Logic and Display Logic pop-ups.

  • Fixed an issue where the order of custom variables was incorrect on the email invitation page.

  • Fixed an issue where prefill changes were only being reflected on Refresh.
