Mobile reporting

Medallia Mobile and Medallia Voices make experience feedback accessible to users on their smartphones. Mobile applications present a subset of reports and feedback available on web and may not have the same level of confidentiality constraints. Consider this information while enabling mobile apps for confidential EX programs:

All modules on the mobile dashboard must use the right data view (such as Employee Confidential data access).Include only one score that combines all scores (preferably the Engagement Score) from the response and one Comment field.
Medallia Mobile only supports one Responses Feed module. Include only one score that combines all scores (preferably the Engagement Score) from the response and one Comment field.The date displayed in the Responses Feed module is not Response date; use Wave date instead.

If the role uses a confidential data view, suppress the permission to create user-specific Scorecards. Data views cannot be specified for user-created scorecards.
Suppress the permission to subscribe to notifications using the mobile Watchlist.
