Selected Fields

Select the fields to be available to users when defining control and impact groups in action plans, and then click Add.

Add Topics Control

Turn on to include Medallia Text Analytics topics as part of the definition for control and impact groups in action plans.

Add Themes Control

Turn on to include Text Analytics themes as part of the definition for control and impact groups in action plans.

Unit selection is required

Turn on to make the Unit field required when creating a new Action Plan in Responses Forms, Responses Feed, and Action Plans page.
