Create an action plan from a report

Learn how to create an action plan from a Responses Form report or Responses Feed reporting module.

When action plans is active in a Responses Form report or a Responses Feed module, you can begin the action plan creation process directly in the side panel of the Responses Form report and the Responses Feed module. When you create a plan directly from a response, the plan is automatically associated with that response. For more information, see Responses Form and Responses Feed.

  1. While viewing a record, click Action Plan.

  2. From the dropdown list, select either Create Plan without Template or Create Plan using template.
  3. Provide details for the action plan in the side panel.
  4. Click Save.

The action plan is created. To return to the Action Plans screen, click Back to List.
