Switching between Tenants
If your brand has access to multiple Tenancies and Microsoft Single Sign-On is enabled for each of those tenancies, you can switch between them from within the MXO UI without having to log out and log back in.
To take advantage of this feature, log in using the Login with Microsoft button on the ONE Engagement Hub home page.
When you access the Change Tenant page in ONE, you see a list of all tenants to which you access. Tenants with Microsoft Single Sign-On enabled are shown with a green circle in the Microsoft Login Enabled column. The tenant to which you are currently logged in is shown in bold with a green circle in the Status column.
Switching between Tenants
- In ONE, click User Profile on the top-right of the page, as shown in the following screenshot.
- Click Change Tenant.
- Click the row for the tenant you want to access, as displayed in the following screenshot.
The Space Selection page opens for the new tenant.
