Navigation menu background

The navigation menu appears at the top of the screen as either the Community or Admin Setup menu

You need Admin permission to perform this task. See Permissions and access levels for details.

Set the navigation menu's background to be either a light or dark color as best fit for your community's brand.

  1. Go to Admin Setup > Design > Colors.
    Design > Colors tab showing the Design element colors
  2. Choose the navigation menu background option.
    OptionDescription
    Light BackgroundDark, almost black text on a white background.
    Dark BackgroundWhite text with a background color using the color specified for the Design elements design area.
  3. Click Save changes.
The menu now uses the assigned background scheme.
