How to remove a user from a group

You need Admin permission to perform this task. See Permissions and access levels for details.
Remove users from groups when the users no longer need to be associated with the group.
  1. Go to Admin Setup > User Management > Manage Users.

  2. Find the user account.
  3. Click the 'x' next to the name of the group to remove.
    The names of th groups the user belongs to appear below the user's email address.
    A user belonging to 2 groups, each group named has a 'x' after the group name
The user no longer belongs to the group(s).
